Build it once. Run it with every intake.

Simulations of the tasks your learners can't safely or cheaply practise for real, used cohort after cohort, with a record of every attempt.

/Why training providers use it

What it changes for you and your learners.

01

Lower cost per learner

One build serves every cohort, so the cost per learner falls each term.

02

Practice that can't happen for real

Live railways, energised equipment and busy sites are off limits to a trainee. In the simulation they see exactly what a wrong decision does.

03

A record of every attempt

Each attempt is logged with a pass or fail result, so your assessors can see who is ready and who needs more time.

04

Group or solo

Run a whole group in one session with an instructor, or let learners practise in their own time.

/What we build

Practice your learners can repeat.

We start with the part of the course learners find hardest to practise, then pick the format that fits your classroom.

VR training simulations

Hands-on practice of a procedure, with consequences shown when a step is missed.

Aberwla: a Welsh conversation with a character in the virtual town
Whole class

Group sessions

Many learners in the same scene at once, led by an instructor. Aberwla runs sessions of up to 30.

Assessment

Pass or fail evidence

The same simulation run as a test, with a timed log of every action for your records.

/Two ways in

Start from a module, or build your own.

Quicker, lower cost

Start from a module

A module we have already made, adjusted to your course and signed off by your own competent person.

  • CNC machine operation
  • Spill response and PPE checks
  • Food production line safety
From £4,950 + VAT, configured to your course
Your course, your scenario

Fully bespoke

Your scenario built with your instructors, and tried by a real cohort before it goes into the timetable.

  • A working pilot in 8 to 12 weeks
  • Fixed price, from £8,000 to £20,000
  • Becomes the base of anything you build next

Starter modules are a starting point, not a certified course. They are checked against your syllabus and approved by your own competent person before use.

/Delivered

Used by real cohorts, and recognised for it.

Rail signalling

PM Training / Safety critical

Signal engineers work the signalling and a train runs the route they have set, including when they get it wrong. The system won the Enginuity Skills Innovation of the Year Award 2023.

"I didn't think you could use VR for signal engineering. You have proved me wrong!"
Senior Signalling Trainer, PM Training and Assessing

Aberwla

Gwynedd Council / Education

A Welsh-language town in VR for school pupils. Live for more than two years across 105 headsets, with up to 30 learners in one session, and winner of Best EdTech Application at the Wales Technology Awards 2024.

"We have been blown away at the reaction the kids have had with the app so far!"
Gwern ap Rhisiart, former Immersion Director, Gwynedd Council

Which task do your learners need to practise before it is real?

We are a remote studio in North Wales and bring headsets to your site. If VR isn't the right tool for the task, we will say so.
