Know the site before you set foot on it.

Walkthroughs of your site for drivers, contractors, visitors and new starters. They learn the route, the rules and the hazards on a phone, a laptop or in a headset, before their first day.

/Who it's for

Anyone who arrives not knowing where to go.

01

Delivery drivers

The route from gate to exit, each drop-off point, where to wait and which facilities they can use. Sent with the booking, watched in the cab.

02

Contractors and visitors

Site rules, restricted areas, muster points and the hazards specific to where they will be working, covered before they sign in.

03

New starters

A first look at the plant, the line and the people flow, so day one is spent learning the job rather than finding the canteen.

04

Teams moving to a new line or building

Operators can walk a new work area while it is still being built or commissioned, so it is already familiar on handover.

Two ways to build it. We'll tell you which suits your site.

Option A

Modelled in 3D

We build your site from CAD, drawings and reference photos. People move through it freely and tap hotspots for the detail.

  • Works for sites that aren't built yet, or areas you can't film
  • Updated when the layout changes, without a reshoot
  • The same model becomes your training simulation later
Option B

Filmed in 360

We capture the real site with a 360 camera, then add callouts, route markers and animated safety points on top.

  • The quickest route for a site that already exists
  • Around a day on site to film
  • Plays as an ordinary video link as well as in a headset

Seven questions and we can give you a fixed price.

You don't need a brief. Answer these on a call or by email and we will come back with a scope, a timescale and a cost.

  1. 01What route should people follow, from the gate to the exit?
  2. 02How many stops or work areas does it need to cover?
  3. 03Which facilities should we show?
  4. 04What are the safety points specific to your site?
  5. 05Narration, on-screen text, or both?
  6. 06How long should it take to watch?
  7. 07How will people watch it: a link, a tablet at the gatehouse, or a headset?
/Where it leads

The walkthrough is step one. Nothing you pay for is thrown away.

01 / You are here

Familiarise

People see the site and learn the rules before they arrive.

02

Train

Add hands-on procedures to the same model: a lock-out, a changeover, a spill response.

03

Assess

Run it as a scored test with a pass or fail record for each person.
