The questions IT and procurement ask, answered.

Which headsets it runs on, what we need from you, how it reaches your people and who looks after it once it is live.

01

Not tied to one headset

Built on OpenXR with no dependency on a single manufacturer's SDK. The same simulation runs on Meta Quest, Pico and most other headsets, and moves with you when hardware changes.

02

Modelled on your real site

We work from your CAD, drawings and site reference, checked with your subject-matter experts, so trainees recognise the plant and the procedure is the one you actually use.

03

Measured, not just watched

Interactions, safety checks, PPE, hand placement, hesitation, timings and step order, written to a timestamped pass or fail record for each trainee.

04

Looked after once it's live

Headsets enrolled and updated through device management, with maintenance plans from £1,200 + VAT a year so the simulation keeps pace with your procedures. The exact figure depends on the number of headsets and modules you run.

/Fitting in

It sits alongside your process. It doesn't replace it.

Does it replace our checklists and sign-offs?

No. We build from the procedure you already use, so the simulation rehearses your checklist rather than rewriting it. The session log is extra evidence to file with your existing records.

What do you need from us?

One existing SOP, whatever CAD, drawings or site photos you have, and a subject-matter expert for a few short review sessions. We do the rest.

How does it reach our people?

Delivered ready to run on your headsets and kept up to date through device management. Already have headsets and nothing useful on them? That is a good place to start.

How do we make sure it gets used?

We agree up front where the pilot sits in your induction or refresher cycle and who runs it, so it has a slot in the timetable from day one.

Show us the task you can't afford to get wrong.

Thirty minutes with us. We will tell you honestly whether VR is the right tool, what it would cost and how long it would take.
