MicroHub by CSS

• Download MicroHub by CSS from the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android).
• Open the app. The 3D model loads on your device, so you can use it without an internet connection once it is downloaded.
• When you first use AR placement, the app asks to use your camera. Choose Allow to place the model in your surroundings.

• Drag with one finger to rotate the model.
• Pinch to zoom in and out, and move around the outside and into the internal layout.
• Tap a hotspot to read about that part of the system, including performance, feedstock, process design and outputs.

• Choose AR placement and point your camera at the ground.
• Move your device slowly from side to side until the app detects a flat surface.
• Tap to place the MicroHub. It appears at full size, so you can walk around it to see how it fits your space.
• For the best results, use it outdoors in daylight or in a large, well-lit open area.

• The model will not place. Make sure there is good light, point at a textured surface such as concrete, grass or gravel, and move slowly. Plain, shiny or very dark floors are hard for the camera to read.
• The camera does not open. Check that MicroHub by CSS has camera permission in your device settings.
• The app closes or will not open. Update to the latest version, restart your device and check you have free storage space.
• AR is not available. AR placement needs a device that supports ARKit (Apple) or Google Play Services for AR (Android). You can still explore the 3D model without it.

The App does not ask you to create an account or sign in, and we do not collect your name, email address, location or any other personal information through it. The App does not show advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites.

When you use AR placement, the App asks for permission to use your camera. The camera image is processed on your device only, to detect surfaces and place the 3D model. We do not record, store or send any camera images or video. You can turn camera access off at any time in your device settings, and still use the 3D model.

Apple and Google may collect information when you download and use the App, such as the number of downloads, your device type and crash reports, under their own privacy policies. They share this with us only as summary statistics that do not identify you. You can control whether your device shares analytics and crash data in its settings.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because the App does not collect any. We may share the summary statistics described in section 4 with Compact Syngas Solutions Ltd so they can see how the App is used.

The App is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct and delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to how it is used. As the App does not collect personal data, we are unlikely to hold any, but you can contact us at privacy@atxr.co.uk with any request or question. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
